Meet The Team

Dr Taylor Austin
Chiropractor - BKin, BChiro, CPT
Taylor is excited to bring her passion for movement and wellness to the Burnaby Heights community. With a diverse background in health, fitness, and rehabilitation, she offers a unique and well-rounded approach to chiropractic care. For more than a decade, Taylor has been immersed in the world of movement—working in rehab clinics, coaching group fitness, teaching yoga, and guiding kids in skating and biking. Her experience spans all ages, from teaching children the joy of movement to helping adults build strength, mobility, and body awareness through yoga, fitness, and chiropractic care. After completing her chiropractic degree in New Zealand, Taylor practiced in sunny Australia before returning to Canada. She believes learning never stops and continues to expand her skills to better serve her patients. Through a combination of hands-on adjustments and movement education, Taylor’s goal is to support recovery, improve body awareness, and empower patients with the tools they need to thrive in their daily lives. Outside the clinic, you’ll often find her leading a spin class, working up a sweat in group fitness, hiking local trails, or exploring the many delicious restaurants around the Heights.

Genevieve Cockburn
Operations Manager - LLB (Hons), BA
Meet Genevieve, our Operations Manager—the one who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Originally from New Zealand, Genevieve spent over seven years working in commercial property law in both New Zealand and Australia before deciding to swap the corporate grind for a more laid-back lifestyle in Canada. Her legal background sharpened her organizational skills and attention to detail, but it’s her passion for people that led her into the healthcare world. She loves supporting others on their wellness journeys and ensuring our patients and team feel taken care of every step of the way. Since settling in Burnaby, Genevieve has fully embraced the local lifestyle—you’ll often find her skiing the nearby slopes in winter, discovering new hiking trails in summer, or exploring the coffee scene year-round.
